Customers will receive an email including their login id and password, as well as a payment receipt. The customer will receive an email with a link to a psychiatrist’s meeting, as well as the time and date of the meeting (as discussed and finalized with our health expert) After that, the customer can have a 20-minute consultation with the psychiatrist. The psychiatrist will determine whether customers require treatment in a rehabilitation institution (if not, home remedies). The psychiatrist will update the customer’s information in CRM. Our health specialist will contact the customer and assist them in scheduling the finest potential rehabilitation center with us, based on the psychiatrist’s recommendations (including the package). Our health specialist schedules a patient pick-up, voluntary admission, or a test visit to the rehab for the patient and dependents. The health specialist will keep in touch till the package is confirmed (at the time of admission).At the time of discharge of patient (as per package), a mail will be sent will log in id and password of our app.The patient will log in with the given credentials.
